okbd Terms and Conditions

General Terms

okbd is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. The platform offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and betting on various sports including cricket and football.

These Terms are written in Bengali and shall be considered the definitive document. If translated into English, the Bengali version will take precedence.

okbd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the okbd website and mobile application.
• "User" means any person who holds a registered account.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" means additional credits received through promotions or offers, for which specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on okbd and use any service on the platform, the user must be at least 21 years of age. If age cannot be confirmed, okbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account.

2.1 Registration Process

When opening an account, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Mobile number verification (OTP) is mandatory at the time of registration.
• Personal details such as name, date of birth and mobile number must be genuine.
• okbd may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

2.2 Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of unusual transactions, okbd may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. okbd will never ask a user for their password.

• Sharing account details with anyone else is prohibited.
• Any suspicious login or unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• okbd will not be responsible for any loss to an account caused by the user's own negligence.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on okbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in funds being forfeited.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in specific cases).
• If an active bonus balance exists, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met.
• Withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Security

Bonuses and Promotions

okbd offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these general Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement for that bonus is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. This means a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or betting markets.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirement has been met.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• okbd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members of the okbd VIP programme receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. The four-tier VIP programme has Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.

Betting Rules

Certain specific rules must be followed on okbd for both sports betting and casino.

6.1 Sports Betting

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted shall be considered final.
• A bet may be cancelled before an event starts, but cancellation is not possible for in-play bets.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, that parlay will be converted to a single bet.
• okbd has the right to cancel any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.

6.2 Casino and Slots

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, okbd will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• Games on okbd use verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair play.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.), the dealer's decision is final. If a user is unable to participate in a game due to a connection issue, okbd may automatically cancel the bet.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered a breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one account in the same person's name.
• Using another person's account or renting out an account.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent of abusing the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing other users or staff.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

Breaching any one of these prohibitions will result in the account being closed immediately and the account's funds may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

okbd makes every effort to operate its platform without interruption, but will not accept liability in the following situations:

• Games or bets being disrupted due to internet connection issues.
• Problems caused by the user's own device or software.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Service being unavailable due to unavoidable causes (natural disasters, cyber attacks).
• Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

okbd never guarantees winning any game. There is a risk of losing money in gaming and betting, and the user is solely responsible for their own decisions.

Data Protection & Privacy

okbd gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal data. Information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw all account balance before submitting a closure request. After the account is closed, withdrawing any remaining funds may require assistance from the support team.

10.2 Closure at okbd's Initiative

okbd may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Use of an account by a minor.
• Extended period of inactivity.

10.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Changes to the Terms

• If you do not agree with the amended terms, you may request to close your account.
